Elyisse from The Black Drake aeroship rained Magma down on Old Rose by the command of her unknown captain, for unknown reasons. Large parts of the harbor lit up like a matchstick, igniting mass panic and looting among its denizens. The attack came from the harbor, destroying most of West-and-Long, as well as large parts of Castle Hill and King's Court before finally coming to a halt.

Rumors of war with Brunnhold have the Roek champing at the bit for a fight - and the rest of the tribes are nervous.

In response to intertribal conflict, a new wick tribe called One Wolf is forming to preserve the wick way of life. They intend to remain strong in the face of oncoming war and do whatever it takes to protect nomadic culture.
