Message: Lovely. I was a bit dubious at the beginning, but I changed my mind by the second chapter. I absolutely loved the part where Piper runs into the hall, screaming her head off. (Perhaps not the best choice of words, but I'm sure you get what I mean)
I also enjoyed your style of drawing, and have to agree that Eli Belvidere's eyebrows are very interesting! I have promised myself not to lust over fictional characters, but, oh well. I am weird, yes, I know. Don't worry. I'm assured it's not contagious.

Message: I landed here after I visited your DA page, saw your artworks, and got really curious about Thorns. I really think that this is a wonderful thing you're doing here: pouring all your versatile creativity into one single project and making it available for everyone to read.

The plot is very interesting and your sense of humor and wit shine through the pages. It is a relief to finally come accross characters that are real and have flaws just like us. This is especially true of Piper who is a real, 3 dimensional female protagonist instead of being a Mary Sue.

I also love your illustrations, and the design of this site is great: simple, practical, elegant and welcoming.

I love this story to bits! :-)
Keep up the excellent work!

(P.S.: I was especially intrigued by the fact that this was inspired by an epic dream. I had one too about a year ago, and I've been trying to weave its contents into a story, but sadly I'm not a writer... )
